Earth to Heart Connections
Re-wilding and healing through nature
It is in the small moments of connection that we become present to and aware of ourselves in relationship to life on Earth.
The earth is our physical home, but it’s also our spiritual home and so when we can connect to ourselves or a plant or any other extra-human being in a moment of pure delight and wonder, it opens up a deeper sense of belonging and possible reciprocity.
I believe that when we start to see things with a little bit more awareness of the life force within we inherently create a little bit more love and presence in each moment and with each part of the earth and each part of ourselves.
We can then surrender to the opportunity to play and create new things in that space and in turn, it gives us a freedom to allow new important wisdom to come through us. To me that wisdom is our birthright and manifests as one very essential piece of the puzzle that makes up the natural world.
Sometimes it takes an unveiling or dropping of preconceived ideas for a realization to reach us that we may be holding back experiencing joy or pleasure. Through this process of deconstructing who we think we are in relationship to the natural world, we can re-wild our systems, minds, and hearts in order to open up new possibilities and avenues for ways to better sustain our lives on this Earth.
My offering is a space to play, both with nature and with the different inner worlds we all have. I give guidance into moments of presence and an opportunity for people to heal their places of holding out of connection to the natural world.
